Montserrat Social Security Board Launches 2024–2027 Strategic Plan

The Montserrat Social Security Board is pleased to announce the release of its Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2024–2027. The new plan sets a clear vision for a sustainable Social Security Fund that adapts to the evolving needs of stakeholders and the Montserrat community.

The strategic plan focuses on five key goals: ensuring the sustainability of the Fund, strengthening internal policies and systems, building an engaged and empowered workforce, optimizing the customer experience, and upgrading IT systems. It outlines specific initiatives such as developing a formal funding policy, expanding digital services, and enhancing staff training and development.
